Martin Associates has been building high end custom homes in Cumming, Georgia for over 30 years. Born and raised on a family farm Forsyth County, Andy Martin founded the company in 1990 as he saw the demand for upper scale homes in the Lake Lanier area begin to rise. Now, after building hundreds of houses throughout north metro Atlanta, Martin Associates continues to design and build timeless homes with an emphasis on total quality, value, and overall customer satisfaction.
