Who We Are

Martin Associates Homebuilders, Inc. was founded by Andy Martin in 1990. As a Georgia native, Andy was aware of the rising demand for upper scale homes in the Lake Lanier area and he envisioned a company that could provide a high quality product to fill that need.

Over the years, the company has grown along with a vigorous housing market; however, Andy’s hands-on approach has maintained the same standards of quality that were set years ago. Each home is built with explicit emphasis on total quality, value, and customer satisfaction. That means better homes at competitive prices and with the highest possible level of service before, during, and after construction.

Custom home construction remains the backbone of the company’s business and, to better accommodate the customer’s needs, Martin Associates offers an in-house custom design process. Customers are given the opportunity to create their own unique plan or to modify floor plans and elevations to better meet their needs.
